This morning was an earlier start than usual as we had to arrive at school for 8:20am to attend a Project Tuning session. Luckily I missed the traffic today...
The morning kicked off with breakfast in the Media Arts conference room. This was shortly followed by the Project Tuning session. The objective of Project Tuning is to give the project designer different perspectives of their desired project so they have a wider and more knowledgeable ideas to use. We were all then surprised by a fire drill. This lasted around twenty minutes out on the campus field where we saw a very structured and safe procedure. Zoe gave us some more time to prepare for our presentation after the fire drill before we went to lunch.
In the afternoon we presented our presentation to the Studio Schools staff. They were very impressed by our timing as we managed to give our presentation in 3 minutes on the dot (we were only given 3 minutes to present). We had some good feed back from the teachers. We were the only students on the programme and they were impressed with what we had done this week.
With the remainder of the afternoon we spoke with teachers from the middle school and arranged further class room observations for Friday and next week.
