Today I experienced the American rush hour on my journey to school. The freeway consisted of four lanes and all of them full of cars queuing for miles.
Our day started with a short team meeting to confirm our ideas for tomorrow’s group presentation. We soon came to the conclusion to show our audience our interest in the physical environment and how it affects the learning. Andrea was soon on our case and wanted us to present it in the HTH way. So we did, we have now made some props that will make our presentation a lot more interesting.
In the afternoon session, Tim and I sat in on a Project-based learning expectation lesson. Here we saw students from 6th grade (year 7) describe what they thought effective and a non-effective lesson’s are like. We gained a good amount of knowledge which we will be able to use with the Junior Academy students at SBL. Whilst doing this, Mr Knowles and Ed had a short meeting with Anthony, a middle school teacher at the Media Arts school. They managed to find some good answers for our essential questions of the trip.
